Napoleon Bridge forms the main pedestrian connection between the Sydney CBD and its new Barangaroo development. The Wilkinson Eyre-designed bridge creates safe passage that allows pedestrians to avoid crossing busy Hickson Road.

Each corner is highlighted with beautifully integrated linear strip lighting so that the form generated by the gradually twisting frames is revealed.”

This thematic lighting also provides sufficient functional light for circulation together with a further linear detail integrated into the escalator kickers.
To complete the scheme and give the bridge due presence from the roadway, the underside is uplit.
