Jungwon Jung
Project Designer
I graduated with honours in Graphic and Media Design at the London College of Communication, University of the Arts, London before completing an MA in Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art. During my studies, I was drawn to the fact that light is an intangible material creating tangible experiences for people, and used light as one of the significant mediums in my work.
I am passionate about applying my design practice and knowledge effectively in the context of architectural lighting and particularly enjoy working on projects that involve sustainable and environmentally conscious lighting solutions. I've been involved with projects here in the UK and internationally that include public realm, hospitality and world class cultural facilities.
What I find most enjoyable about working at Speirs Major is the incredible diversity of projects that come from all around the world. This diversity brings dynamism and inspiration to the daily work environment.
